Neuro-affirming accountability for practitioners and educators.
- This consultation will support practitioners and educators working in any sector to deepen their understanding, and implementation of, true neuro-affirming foundations in their work. If you use the words ‘neuro-affirming’ on your website or as part of your values statement but have no done specific professional development into what this actually means this consultation is for you!
Making sense of neuro-affirming and trauma informed expectations in the work place.
- This supervision session will focus on your own experience of your work place and practices with the goal of recognising where neuro-affirming and trauma informed practice could be improved, or implemented.
Understanding music as therapy and using music as a regulatory tool.
- This consultation will be information dense and will give any person facilitating music therapeutically with their clients, students or children a deeper knowledge of how to achieve nervous system regulation.
Supervision for music facilitators seeking therapeutic outcomes.
- This supervision session will focus on deepening the therapeutic benefit of your music session, lesson or workshop, for your clients and for yourself.

A note on supervision and consultations…

Supervision sessions give you the opportunity to share your own experiences in regards to your work experiences as a way of deepening your capacity within your role, protecting yourself, deepening your commitment to best practice and better supporting clients and students. Every supervision session will begin with a disclaimer on confidentiality to ensure that no identifying information is shared and session focus will be on supporting the session participant, not their clients, staff or students.

Alli does not give advice on how to work with your clients and students, but rather gives feedback, support and information relevant to your situation, all focus will remain on your own development, not that of your clients. Supervision sessions allow you to be heard and protected as well as examining and exploring ways to deepen your practice.

Consultation session are information dense and will be heavily focused on giving session participant a heap of information that will deepen their therapeutic capacity within their workplace and/or home. These sessions will give you the opportunity to share your story but, as opposed to supervision sessions which aim to support, consultations aim to educate.

Please bring notebook and pen to your sessions as Alli will have a lot of information to share. You will be emailed replay links following your session however note taking will help remind of you of the important points and lightbulb moments as they arise.
